There are 7 different models of PT Rental Assistant ®. Which model is most appropriate for your needs depends on the total number of units that you will be managing. A Unit is equal to a single-family dwelling. A single-family house would equal one unit. A duplex would be two units. An apartment building containing 16 apartments would be 16 units. Any space that is rented to one entity can be thought of as a unit. One office or storage unit would equal one unit, etc.

The Model Lite is free.  It will hold three units of information.  This is a full working version of the program.  There is no time expiration.  It lets you use the program before you actually make a purchase.  This way you can be certain that it fits your needs before actually spending money for it.  Of course if you have three units or less you can just use the Lite Model.  We think of this as our contribution to the rental property investment business.

You will need the Model Lite prior to ordering any of the other models.  Ordering one of the other models converts the Lite Model to which ever model you are ordering.   The maximum number of units it can hold are increased to a number equal to the model number, and information that you have previously entered remains intact and unchanged.

The Model 10 can contain up to 10 units, Model 20 up to 20 units, etc.  The Model Unlimited can hold millions of units.

If you already have a Model 10 or higher and you want to upgrade to a higher model: the price of the upgrade is the difference between the models, plus $20.
